About Akron Firefighters Credit Union

The Akron Firefighters Credit Union has been serving firefighters and their families for over 72 years. We now serve all First Responders in Northeast Ohio. All of our products and services are developed for the specific needs of our members. Our volunteer Board of Directors consists of both active and retired firefighters whose mission is to provide superior financial services to the membership at a fair and equitable price. First Responders are special people deserving special consideration. We are here to give you that special consideration. Whether you are retired or active, volunteer or part-time, the credit union is here for you.
