Recipients are given a phone number to call to re-instate their online access (this is how the fraudsters steal their account information and potentially withdraw funds). Neither Akron Firefighters Credit Union nor our online banking provider will ever contact you to get information or have you call someone with information. Please do not be a victim of this scam!!!
